This
picture shows our Ion Processing Workstation. Built from
an Ion Milling Machine, it now also incorporates Ion Beam
deposition, thermal deposition, electron beam welding, vacuum
and controlled atmosphere furnace, and a few other proprietary
processes. Visible to the right of the vacuum chamber is
the electron beam power supply and a barrel etcher.
