This
picture shows our 3 Meter long optical bench. Behind it is
our ellipsometer & polarization bench. There are
controlled coherence length mercury arc and laser sources
supporting this unit.

Below is a picture of our Foucault test
instrument. It mounts onto the 3 meter bench and
incorporates its own point source arc lamp. It is used for
measuring optical surfaces .
